These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ZingoDine platform operated by Newotion IT Solutions LTD, registered in England and Wales.

1. Acceptance of Terms

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Referral Programme

Participation in the referral programme is subject to approval. Newotion IT Solutions reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate agent and agency accounts at its sole discretion.

4. Commission Payments

Commissions are paid subject to the terms outlined in your agency agreement. All commissions are subject to clawback provisions as detailed in the Commission Terms.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not misrepresent ZingoDine products, make false claims to potential clients, or engage in any fraudulent referral activity.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software on this platform are the property of Newotion IT Solutions LTD and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Newotion IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
